Resume Review

Once your application is submitted, the hiring manager will review it. If you are a potential match, we'll reach out to you for the next step.
Stage 2

Initial Interview

We are a forward-thinking tech company that actively integrates AI into our day-to-day operations. As part of our commitment to innovation, we use AI-led interviews to support a more consistent and unbiased experience.
Stage 3

Team Interview

You'll meet the hiring manager and team members simultaneously for a functional interview.
Stage 4

Culture Interview

Our cross functional team members will meet simultaneously focusing on how your values align with Wolfe’s core values. For leadership roles, we’ll also explore your leadership style.
Stage 5

Final Interview

You'll meet with our founder/CEO or another executive.
Stage 6

Stage 7

Background Check

A verification process that includes a criminal record check, past employment verification, credit record review, and (for some roles) education verification. Because we follow Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, findings such as missed payments, late payments, or accounts in collections may prevent us from completing onboarding. All offers are contingent on successful completion, and may be rescinded even after extension if results do not meet our requirements.
